What insurance do you accept?
I am currently in-network with the following health insurance companies:

How Does Insurance Work?
If you do decide to use insurance, I will bill your health insurance for you.
Since benefits can vary, insurance coverage will be verified prior to the initial nutrition counseling session for ALL new patients. Any costs for nutrition counseling such as copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles are the individuals responsibility. A good faith estimate of my services can be provided if you have not met your deductible or prefer to self-pay.

What if I don’t have insurance or I prefer to self-pay?
If you don’t have health insurance or prefer to self-pay, I can provide you with a good faith estimate of the expected charges for a scheduled or requested service.
I can also provide you with a Superbill if you’d like to submit a healthcare claim on your own.
